Apartments
Executive Places believes short-term housing stays should still be comfortable and feel like home. We offer stays starting at just 10 days. Sales must be charged if the stay is under 90 days. A non-Refundable cleaning fee of $175 is due with the first invoice. We provide an easy reservation and move-in process. Stays may be booked by a corporate housing company, an individual, or in a company’s name. We provide a complete inventory of items in each rental at move in. The move-out process is also super simple! We offer a key drop-off slot so your departure is fast, easy, and convenient.
Guests will have 24/7 access to complimentary washers and dryers, as well as two (2) treadmills. Security cameras onsite. Prompt maintenance. Housekeeping service is available on an hourly basis when requested (this is charged at an hourly rate).

About Us
Executive Place is our flagship property and offers ten upscale furnished apartments ranging in size from 475 to more than 900 square feet. These one and two bedroom units are perfect for visiting executives, new hires, medical professionals, homeowners with fire or water damage waiting on insurance repairs to be done (we work directly with all insurance companies), and those in transition between houses. The apartments are fully equipped – cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, housewares, cable TV service and high speed WiFi internet. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and your clothes!
“The Commons” offers two (2) treadmills, flat screen TV, half bath and (3) washers and dryers free for our guests. Of course, we provide all the utilities and 24 hour security, plenty of off-street and well lighted parking. Housekeeping service is available on an hourly basis when requested.
We offer a variety of single family homes and condominiums that are available (either furnished or unfurnished) for as little as 90 days. This unique collection of properties is designed to appeal to the discriminating taste of today’s business professional.
These properties are ideal for business professionals temporarily assigned to work at one of the many companies located in the Lakeway Area. They can also serve as an interim residence while you build or shop for a home of your own or accommodate you and your family while your home is being renovated or repaired. We take off the lawn and landscaping on all of our homes and condominiums.
